The goal of the Pastoral Partners Program is to ensure that everyone in our congregation, including designated members of our community, are cared for.
This is accomplished through a compassionate network of church volunteers, skilled care-givers, who work collaboratively with the Pastor to provide nurturing and support, as well as help members grow in the grace of God.
Our Pastoral Partners Program is one means by which our church family builds a deeper sense of fellowship, by connecting people to people in caring ways.
Connections between Pastoral Partners Program care-givers and church community members are done in various ways. In each situation, the connection is made in a personal, informal, and sensitive manner. Prayer is an important part of our program.
