ANNOUNCEMENT:  The PrayerPage is an online PSL Ministry that unites our congregation in prayer.  If you know someone who attends church but does not have email please tell them there are copies available in the Common Room.  We not only wish to pray for those who are struggling with illness and depression but for those who are looking for jobs, seeking prosperity, uplifting a loved one, finding a new car or home, etc.  We also want to know when prayers have been answered so we can celebrate the changes that prayer brings.  So please send in your requests and let me know results.  From now on I will send the PrayerPage on Fridays so send your requests by Thursday each week.  Thanks.  Suzy

THANKSGIVING:

Jonathan Cote: Prayers of thanksgiving for the life of Jonathan Cote, the young man from WNY who had been kidnapped in Iraq and was subsequently killed by his captors.  We offer our prayers of compassion for his family, friends, and colleagues.

Darcy Regan: Congratulations to Darcy for receiving The Rensselaer Medal.  This award is given to secondary school students who have distinguished themselves in mathematics and science.  This award also provides for an annual scholarship towards tuition at Rensselaer should Darcy decide to attend.

NEW THIS WEEK:

Kathleen Brady: Marilyn Brady’s daughter.  Kathleen, who is 43 yrs. old, has a large growth on her liver that may or may not be malignant and is having surgery on 5/6 at Strong in Rochester.  Please pray for a successful surgery and a positive outcome.

Nelda Silva: Has requested prayers of support as she awaits the outcome from the courts regarding an accident.

Randall Webber: Nancy Blumreich is requesting prayers of healing for Randall, who is Nancy’s fiancé’s son.
